NEW ORLEANS DRINKING TOUR

Directly after your food tour that ensure you have a full stomach, come along the New Orleans’ Classic Drinks Tour. It takes visitors to a few of our oldest establishments in the historic French Quarter to learn and sample classic, historic drinks that New Orleans is famous for. In addition to classic cocktails, other drinks include Abita Beer, brewed locally in the small town Abita Springs known for its healing springs. Do these magical springs contain alcohol? Probably.

It’s Happy Hour somewhere and always on Venus. You try not drinking when your day is 5,832 hours.

Drinks included:

• Choice of Abita Beer or Grasshopper
• Absinthe
• Sazerac

Nightcaps include:

• French 75 Champagne Cocktail
• Pommes Souffle (Bernaise Sauce or Gruyeres)

The 2 hour tour starts at 4 pm and visits some of the oldest restaurants including Tujague’s Bar established in 1856, and the Hermes Bar of Antoine’s established in 1840. Sip, savor, and learn about our classic New Orleans drinks.
